·The SEIKO NH35A automatic movement has 42 hours of power reserve and is highly accurate. The rotor is connected to the manual winding mechanism, and it rotates every time the wrist moves, transferring energy to the mainspring. If you wear it for less than 10 hours a day, you can manually wind it to keep it powered. When using the watch for the first time, wind the crown about 20 revolutions.
